Late season quality. Tall plants produce heavy crops of smooth, medium-sized, sprouts. These excellent quality sprouts are solid.
Good field holding, leaves break or fall off stem at maturity. Nice medium sprouts on top large on bottom.
A unique species of the cabbage family. These sprouts are tasty in many dishes and raw. Succulent sprouts are a great part of the fall harvest. Once frost has encased the sprouts the taste is sweet and very flavorful. Texture is very similar to a cabbage in early stage, but flavor is sweeter.
